Pricing checkpoint
Use these live numbers to decide whether package size, ingredient cost, labor, or markup needs another pass. How it is calculated

FAQ
Is this a legal food-label compliance tool?
No. It helps you estimate and prepare label-ready information, but final labels should be reviewed against the rules that apply to your product, location, and sales channel.
Where is my recipe data stored?
The tool runs in the browser. Saved drafts use local browser storage, and exports are generated on your device unless you choose to share the files yourself.
Does the nutrition math use a live database?
No. The MVP uses a typed local ingredient dataset with estimated nutrition per 100 g. You can override nutrition values for custom ingredients when you have better data.
Does this calculate pH, water activity, or canning safety?
No. It prepares label, ingredient, and cost information. Process safety, pH, water activity, and shelf-life validation need separate review.
